My Christmas Holiday 2011
Finally, after all hard work at school is off. Celebrating christmas and new year at the end of a year. Closing a year always has to be fun and enjoyable not for me only, but for everyone. My big family from my dad and I went to Cikole, Bandung after christmas for a little trip with nature. After all of those crazy days in the capital city, finally!; a trip with nature. To be honest, I prefer nature than the city. Ok, let's starts the story...The holiday was starting from 27-29 December 2011 in Cikole, Lembang; and 29-30 December 2011 in Bandung city. In Cikole, we stayed with the big family from my father's side (let's just call them the family from Jatiwaringin). Then, at Bandung city, only me and my family stayed because Jatiwaringin wanted to go back home...

We got ready for going to hiking. The breakfast was fried rice. It wasn't good... :( Ok, the family and I prepared for hiking. We left the cottage. By car, we went up the forest until the end. Ther
e, we started our hiking. Our destination was Kawah Domas (a.k.a Domas Crater). It was 1.2 km away from where we parked our car. It took about 30 minutes to reach there. The track and soil in that forest was not too slippery.. When we arrive in the crater, it smelled like rotten durian... The water there was hot. Between 50-100 oC (you get it?). We boiled eggs there. I used the water to wash my skin to make it better. We went back to Cikole. When we arrive back to the parking place, we bought fruits and left. When we arrive back at Cikole, we had lunch. I had mie ayam (chicken noodle) and sweet tea. After lunch and a little break, we went to do outbound. In the outbound, we had a trial to make sure we know how to do it and the safety. I went trying the Blue 2 circuit. It was normal. Then for the first time, I finally did the red circuit (2nd hardest). It was awesome... Then I did few more easy circuits and it started to rain... My cousins and I tried the black circuit (under the rain), but only a quater of it. The tarzan, (jumping from a tree to another) was crazy for me... Finally, we finished the outbound. I took a shower and had some rest. I had the same dinner like the night before that night. We also build a camp fire. We played fire crakers and threw some fire works. One failed though... It started to rain again. We entered the cottage. I watched my cousins playing cards and watched movies. And I slept...

My family and I left home at 7:20 am from Jakarta. We had to leave early so we can avoid traffic jam. We stop by in km. 72 to rest and take more gasoline. Then we continued our trip. When we arrived at Cikole, jatiwaringin family was still stopby somewhere for lunch. We arrived at Cikole at 11:20 am. When we arrived at Cikole, in our cottage, we unpacked our things. Then we had lunch in Cikole, but in the side of the street. For lunch, I had bakso and mie (meatballs with noodles). After lunch, we waited for jatiwaringin to arrive at the cottage. When jatiwaringin arrived at Cikole, I played with my cousins in the playground. Everyone calm down and did snacking. In the afternoon, the whole family had a walk around the green cold Cikole forest. We observe the came ground and the outbound that we'll do the next day. We went back to the cottage. Everyone took a shower and comes the fun part. My dad and cousins set up a fire camp for the night. My dinner was rice, vegetables, tempe, and tofu. We all had dinner in front of the fire camp. Not so soon later, it started raining. I watched my cousins play cards. I like to see the looser gets painted in their face (for the consequences). Thursday, 29 December 2011I woke up and ate fried noodles for breakfast. I didn't like the noodles. I prepared to go to Bandung. Jatiwaringin went back home straight. At Bandung, we went straight to CiWalk (Cihampelas Walk). We had lunch in The Kiosk. I had Nasi Begana, Orange Juice and Serabi. It was a good lunch. We bought few CD movies. I bought Spy Kids 4... Then, we went to Starbucks. I just drank normal milk with mamee. We went to our hotel which was located in Riau Street called Anggrek Hotel (anggrek: orchid). Our room was # 217. We rest. In the afternoon, we walk around Dago Street. We stopby at 'Episode' factory outlet. My mom and I went to Colombia Youghurt Restaurant. I had the original strawberry youghurt. We met my dad and brother in Warung Teteh and had Indomie with egg (noodles+eggs). My family ate roast corn. Then, we went to Riau Junction to the foodcourt-FoodLife. There, I ate beligian wafel. The flavours were blacky and mesh-mesh. I love the taste. We went back to the hotel after dinner and slept.

I woke up and went for breakfast. For breakfast I had koko krunch cereal, egg with sausage, and orange juice. We went back to the room, prepared to check out. We checkout and it was time to go to De' Ranch. There, I did triker. Then we waited for my brother riding the ATV. Finally, we rode the horse with a cowboy costume. It was time for lunch... We went to Baso Tahu in front of Cipaganti Mosque for lunch and finally went back to home sweet home...

My Christmas 2011
Celebrating Christmas with family was fun. This year, I got presents from both my father's and mother's big family. Those gifts were good enough for me. At 24 December 2011, was Christmas Eve. 
My family and I worship at Church and went to my grandmother's house (fro
m my mom). We had dinner together with the family but my grandparents wasn't there. But still, I had fun on Christmas Eve. The next day was Christmas! My family and I went to the morning worship at church. Then, we went home to rest first before continuing the day. At noon time, we went to my grandmother's house again for christmas lunch. Not only that, but my bigger family was invited to the christmas lunch. I had lasagna and coconut water. After lunch, we went back home to rest because later we will celebrate christmas with my father's side family. At night, we went to Jatiwaringin (my oma's house). When we arrived there, lots of presents are under the christmas tree already. Before opening the presents, I had dinner which was bakso (meatballs). Later, we open the presents by Opa calling one by one the receiver of presents.
I received 6-7 presents from Jatiwaringin family. I had lego, socks, notebook, watch, clock, and etc. That was a nice christmas.
A day that happens once a year has to be enjoyable...! Merry Christmas!

Camping at Situ Gunung
I went to Situ Gunung at 10-11 July 2011. I went there together with my auntie, cousins and dad. My mom had to stay at home because my brother was sick. It would be more fun if she joined. Situ Gunung is located in Sukabumi, Indonesia.
10 July 2011 - Saturday:
I left home around 7-7:15 am. We went straight to Situ Gunung. On the way, it was traffic because it was the last weekend of the week for most of the schools so lots of families are going out of the city. We had to past Ciawi, it was traffic. Then, to Cicurug. We went through a short cut to avoid traffic jam. Then, we went to Cibadak. It was traffic! We stop by at a supermarket to buy snacks. Then we continued our journey. At Cisaat, we had to find a left turn to go
to Situ Gunung. 6 kilometers away after the left turn is Situ Gunung. When we arrive there, I met my cousins and auntie. I was excited. I was happy to be with nature. There, we went to the camping ground. We ate lunch and unpack thin
gs, build up a gazebo and tents. At the afternoon, we walk to a lake nearby. Situ gunung lake. There we did snacking. Then, we visit another camping ground. It was better than ours. There was an outbound and bigger tents. There were trampolines! I wished we would camp there. Then, we went back to our camping ground. At night, we had dinner. Then, we had camp fire. We burned corn and marshmallows on sticks. The marshmallow was crunchy in the outside and gooey in the inside. Then, we slept.
11 July 2011 - Sunday:
At 6:30 am, I woke up and felt cold... At 7 am, we had nasi uduk for breakfast. 8 am we walked to Situ Gunung waterfall. The waterfall was 2 km from the camping ground. It took about 1 hour for us to reach there. Finally, we are at Situ Gunung waterfall. It was tall, about 90 meters. But probably not as tall as Angel Falls in Venezuela. We had photo session first. I just hope my mom was there. Then, we started playing in the falls. It was cold, and full of rocks. Only me and my cousins played water. Later, we changed our clothes and went back to the camping ground. We took a shower and packed up. Then, we had lunch. After lunch, it was time to leave Situ Gunung. On the way back, the highway was a traffic. At home, we met my cousins and auntie for one more time. We played with Bombay, our dog.
Well, I think that's all... The End...!

At Bandung...
From 29 June - 3 July 2011, my family and I went to Lembang and Bandung for vacation. Our purpose at lembang was to camp and do outbond. And at Bandung for my mom's colledge reunion. 2 1/2 days with nature. 2 1/2 days with the modern time.
At 29 June 2011-Wednesday:
We left Jakarta at the morning. We had breakfast at the car. When we arrived at Bandung, there was a traffic jam on the way to Lembang. We had lunch at McDonald's in Dago. My parents had batagor (a traditional food). After lunch, we went straight to Cikole, Lembang. Around afternoon, it was raining. We decided to snacking outside the villa (where we stayed). We had baso kampung (meatballs with soup)... At the night, we had ayam goreng Brebes (fried chicken special from Lembang). When we went back, my mom and I slept inside the villa and the boys slept in the tent outside the villa. I put my tooth under the pillow.
At 30 June 2011-Thursday:
When I woke up, I checked my tooth. The 'tooth fairy' gave me Rp 20.000,- I was happy! My brother had 3 tooth under his pillow and with those 3 teeth he got only Rp 3000,-. For breakfast we have fried rice.
We ate it in front of the villa. It was a yum! Then, it started to rain again. Later, the weather came back sunny, and we did outbound-Bandung Treetop.
Last, we bought a fried spiraled potato. My flavour was cheese.
At 1 July 2011-Friday:
At the morning, by phone I wished my grandmother happy birthday. Then we had the same breakfast-fried rice outside the villa.
Then, we start packing for going to Bandung. On the way to Bandung, we stopby to Boscha. Then we went straight to Ciwalk, a mall at Bandung. We went to the Kiosk for lunch. I had nasi begana and orange juice. After lunch, we bought things in Yogya market. Then, we went to Anggrek, a hotel we'll stay. At the night, we went to Paris Van Java. There, we had dinner at Sagoo Kitchen. I just have sausage and french fries. We also get to visit some stores. We also bought mochi mochi chocolate flavour. Then we went back to the hotel... >_<
At 2 July 2011:
At the morning, we had breakfast at the hotel. I had cereal and siomay with 1/2 cooked fried egg. Then, we go to ITB (Insitut Teknologi Bandung), college of my parents-for my mom's reunion.
While my mom had fun, my father, brother and I went to McD dago for lunch. Then, we visit outlet by outlet to find new bags for school. Few outlets later, we met my mom. At the afternoon, we had dinner and walk around in Braga.
Then, we went to the sports warehouse. I bought converse brown one star and a reebok bag. Later, we went back home.
At 3 July 2011:
At morning, we went to church. Then, we visit Bawean Bakery. We bought cakes there and snacks. We went back to the hotel have breakfast. I had full cooked fried egg with sausages and potato balls. Then, we went to Riau Junction having Belgian Wafel. My flavour was Blacky: wafel with chocolate topping. We went back to our room and pack and sign out. Then, we go back to Jakarta.
What a nice holiday to spend with the family in another city. Do you?

My parents had batagor (a traditional food). After lunch, we went straight to Cikole, Lembang. Around afternoon, it was raining. We decided to snacking outside the villa (where we stayed). We had baso kampung (meatballs with soup)... At the night, we had ayam goreng Brebes (fried chicken special from Lembang). When we went back, my mom and I slept inside the villa and the boys slept in the tent outside the villa. I put my tooth under the pillow.
At 30 June 2011-Thursday:
When I woke up, I checked my tooth. The 'tooth fairy' gave me Rp 20.000,- I was happy! My brother had 3 tooth under his pillow and with those 3 teeth he got only Rp 3000,-. For breakfast we have fried rice.
We ate it in front of the villa. It was a yum! Then, it started to rain again. Later, the weather came back sunny, and we did outbound-Bandung Treetop.
At Bandung Treetop, I did the 3rd hardest circuit among 8 circuits which is Blue 2. Then 4th circuit Blue 1 and then Blue 2 again and this time with the whole family. After outbound, we went to de' Ranch. We had lunch which I had is siomay bandung (like dim sum) and we had a free cow milk. Then we rided a horse 1 lap. After the ride, we take pictures around the ranch. Then, my brother and I rode a unique threecicles.
Last, we bought a fried spiraled potato. My flavour was cheese.

Bombay
Hello! I'm back readers. Now I wanna tell you about my first dog I had.It all start at 18 December 2010, I had a new dog. Its type was a labrador retriever. It is a male. It was 2 months when Bombay arrive at our house. Bombay was born at 18 October 2010. Bombay loves biting things. His old name was Igor. A russian name. But we just called it Bombay to remember the times at Mumbai (Bombay), India. Bombay had few sibilings. Bombay was the most active dog between all sibilings. My dad loves active, big dogs. Bombay is an 'active, big dog'. That's why my dad chose Bombay. Bombay is a different dog. My dad wants to buy a dog so we can get use to animals. Because all of use is affraid of animals except my dad. Huhhhh....!
As my opinion, there are positive and negative thingz about Bombay. The positive thingz about Bombay are: he is playful, loyal. And when he is outside and I'm not there, he waits in front of the door. The negative thingz about Bombay are: he likes to bit loads of thingz, jealous to see other dogz that comes to our home. He may also hurt you. So becareful!!! My mom would not let Bombay enter our house. My mom only like toyz or small dogz.
Bombay barks if something/someone annoys him. His bark is madnessly loud! Even I'm scared to annoy him. Or when my dad start annoy Bombay, and when I'm near, I get ready and closed my ears. There are 2 more dogs of my neighbors: Bono and another that I don't know the name. They are both small dogz. Bono likes to come to our yard when we're around. My mother prevers him than Bombay!!! Me too(only 60%). We can't see Bono's eyes. Bono barks rarely. Bono is like a doll. The other 'that I don't know the name' when ever he sees other people he barks, barks and barks. When these 2 dogz barks they are not as 'preety' as Bombay. So my dad call them 'cats'. Isn't it annoying? Oh right! Bark, bark, bark. But I'm not Bombay actually, I'm Patricia! SO SAD!!! Huh....!!!! Lalalalalala...
